আমাদের সম্পাদকীয় নীতি

প্রতিটি মূল দাবিকে চার স্তরে দেখা হয়: authority/government record, confirmed first-party source, reproducible direct observation, এবং search signal। Search signal থেকে product ownership, licence, payment support বা safety conclusion নেওয়া হয় না। দুটি independent signal থাকলেও official identity, legal entity, amount, fee, time, customer support বা guarantee নিশ্চিত করা যায় না।

লেখায় brand fact, COUNTRY_CONTEXT, C/TASK stable knowledge এবং clearly labelled hypothetical scenario আলাদা রাখা হয়। Date-sensitive law, payment regulation বা source status review-এর সময় capture date যোগ করা হয়। Conflicting evidence থাকলে conflict প্রকাশ করা হয়; “not observed” কে “does not exist” লেখা হয় না। কোনো digital score, invented review, fake testimonial বা absolute recommendation নেই।

Content update-এ Title/H1/FAQ/link consistency, locked URL, visible source এবং privacy boundary পরীক্ষা করা হয়। Visible FAQ-এর exact text Schema-তে থাকলেই FAQPage output হবে। সম্ভাব্য conflict of interest বা factual error জানাতে সূত্র ও সংশোধন এবং যোগাযোগ দেখুন।
